of our students find that one of the things they remember
the most about their experience here at the School is our
fabulous food. In our kitchen we believe in a standard of
excellence both in flavor and presentation. Let our
Chef, Linda Findley, take you on a culinary journey through
the Meditteranean, Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa
with her healthful and delectable creations.

The nature of our "intensive" class scheduling
requires participation in the catering program, with very
few exceptions. With so much information to integrate between
class times, your meal breaks are best enjoyed soaking in the
Hot Springs or just lying
in the sun (rather than hurrying somewhere to prepare food).
A message from our Chef...
Your food is important to us. We like to serve food that is healthy,
nourishing and satisfying. We start with products that are mainly
organic because we feel it's good for the planet and good for all of
us. I named my catering company Global Goodness Foods because the
cooks offer a dazzling range of world cuisines; from Feswali's
dynamite African specialties, to vegatarian delights and including
my love of Asian fare and my background of fine French cooking.
We are here to serve you deliciously and hope the food and service
enhances your learning experience. Enjoy!
